Terms and Conditions

Section 1:

These Terms and Conditions outline the agreement between TutorAll Ltd (referred to as “we,” “us,” or “our”) and you (referred to as “you”) regarding the provision of educational tutoring services for you or your child. By using our services, you confirm your acceptance of these Terms and Conditions, forming a legally binding contract. Please ensure you have read and understood them before proceeding.

We reserve the right to amend these terms at any point. Updates will be communicated via email and posted on our website. Changes take effect upon publication, and we encourage you to review the Terms and Conditions regularly.

Section 2: Personal Information

Your personal information will be used to:

  1. Deliver our services.
  2. Process payments; and
  3. Notify you of similar products and services (you may opt out anytime by contacting us at contact@tutor-all.co.uk or using the unsubscribe link in our emails).

We will not share your personal data with third parties without your consent unless required by law, to prevent harm, or to assist in crime prevention. For further details, refer to our Privacy Policy at https://www.tutor-all.co.uk/privacy-policy.

Section 3: Services

  • You are responsible for ensuring that your child is prepared for sessions and has the necessary equipment.
  • With your consent, we may use anonymized “before and after” progress examples for promotional purposes.
  • An initial onboarding process will be conducted before sessions commence. Tutors may be subject to change during the course of engagement due to availability or other circumstances.

Service plans:

Section 4: Billing

  • Initial deposit payments must be made via invoice or payment link.
  • Monthly payments are due on the 1st of each month unless otherwise agreed. If services begin mid-month, charges will be prorated accordingly.

Failure to pay fees on time may result in service suspension. In cases of disrupted sessions, you may:

  1. Reschedule.
  2. Retain the session for future use within the academic year; or
  3. Temporarily work with an alternate tutor.

Cancellations made with less than one working days’ notice will not qualify for rescheduling unless extenuating circumstances apply.

For summer engagements, services can be paused in July and/or August if written notice is provided by June 15th. Otherwise, billing will continue as usual.

All billing inquiries should be directed to contact@tutor-all.co.uk.

Section 5: Issue Resolution

Should any problems arise, please contact us at contact@tutor-all.co.uk. We aim to respond within 1 working days and will work towards an amicable resolution. These Terms and Conditions do not affect your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

Section 6: Cancellation and Refund Policy

  1. Cooling-Off Period: You may cancel within 14 days without providing a reason unless services have commenced.
  2. Commencing Services: If services begin within the cooling-off period, refunds will be partial, covering unused portions only.
  3. Refunds: Payments, including the initial setup fee, are non-refundable once services have started.

Section 7: Termination

  1. You may terminate services by providing 21 days’ written notice.
  2. Immediate termination may occur in cases of:
    • Material breaches of this agreement;
    • Inappropriate behaviour; or
    • Determination that the service is no longer a suitable fit.

Partial refunds will be issued for undelivered services in such cases. Termination does not waive any outstanding fees or provisions intended to survive termination.

Section 8: Intellectual Property

All materials provided by TutorAll Ltd remain our intellectual property. These materials are for personal use only and must not be redistributed or reproduced without our consent.

Section 9: Responsibility

  1. Ensuring compliance with examination board requirements is your responsibility.
  2. We are not liable for:
    • Losses that could not have been reasonably foreseen.
    • Business-related losses; or
    • Issues resulting from non-compliance with requirements.

           3.    Our liability is capped at the total fees paid for the affected services.

Section 10: Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by English law, and any disputes will be resolved exclusively in the English courts.
